When you submit a registration request, we collect only the following basic information:

• Full Name: To identify the merchant or distributor.
• Business Address: For the sole purpose of delivering orders and goods accurately.
• Phone Number: As the primary account identifier and for manual phone verification and order confirmations.

2. How We Use Your Data:

• Manual Verification: The store manager reviews registration requests and contacts you via phone to activate the account (No automatic SMS is used).
• Order Delivery: To prepare and ship wholesale goods directly to your storefront.
• Financial Balances: To track active orders, credit balances, and outstanding invoices within your account transparently.

3. Data Sharing:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties or advertising networks. Your data is strictly used within the Ft7 Store ecosystem.

4. Data Security & Financial Transactions:

The app operates fully on a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) model. Therefore, no credit card or electronic payment data is ever collected or stored inside the app.

5. Account and Data Deletion:

In compliance with Google Play policies, users can request account deletion. Due to the nature of B2B outstanding balances, you can initiate a deletion request by contacting the manager via the WhatsApp support link in the app. The manager will manually audit the account, clear any debts, and permanently delete the account.
